Five Minute Friday — You are Not Alone

What’s Five Minute Friday about?
**Do you ever find yourself wishing you could add scripture to your day? What about your child’s day? And if your anything like me, your days are already totally maxed out on time.
Then you’ve come to the right place.
This blog is for that uber-busy parent who could truly benefit from a five-minute Bible lesson with your child. Yes, these lessons are literally five minutes long and posted weekly.
That’s something I can get excited about.**

Materials:
Bible

Lesson:

Begin with prayer. This can be a wonderful way to begin a lesson. In our church class, this tells children when the class has begun. Now, read Isaiah 41:10. Explain that this scripture tells Christians that we don’t have to be afraid or stressed. God is always with us, providing strength and help. Wow! How encouraging it is to know that God is there for us. For a fun activity, go into the backyard and ask your child if God is still with us. Go into different rooms in the house, the driveway, etc., asking the same question. Hopefully, they will begin to understand that no matter the place, God is there. I pray that this lesson is a blessing to you and your family.

Happy teaching, and as always, happy reading!
