**Do you ever find yourself wishing you could add scripture to your day? What about your child’s day? And if your anything like me, your days are already totally maxed out on time.
Then you’ve come to the right place.
This blog is for that uber-busy parent who could truly benefit from a five minute Bible lesson with your child. Yes, these lessons are literally five minutes long and posted weekly.
That’s something I can get excited about.**

Prepared questions
Activity:
After prayer, ask your child questions that will inspire thoughtful answers. You are more than welcome to use the questions below. More than likely, your child has been in school a few weeks now. How is it going? This might be a really good time to find out and encourage.
- What do you look forward to when you go to school?
- What do you not look forward to, or dread?
- How did you show someone you care about him today?
- How did someone else show you he cares about you today?
- What made you laugh today?
- What frustrated you?
- What is the best word to describe your day?
- What makes your friends so awesome?
- What is something that you remember a teacher saying today?
- If you were to give your friends new names, what would they be?
The answers to these questions may give you better insight as to how your child is doing. It may even give him insight into how he’s doing.
Below are scriptures that you may want to read together.
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28
He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Isaiah 40: 29
My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever. Psalm 73:26
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18
I pray that this lesson is a blessing to you and your family!
