What’s Five Minute Friday about?
**Do you ever find yourself wishing you could add scripture to your day? What about your child’s day? And if your anything like me, your days are already totally maxed out on time.
Then you’ve come to the right place.
This blog is for that uber-busy parent who could truly benefit from a five minute Bible lesson with your child. Yes, these lessons are literally five minutes long and posted weekly.
That’s something I can get excited about.**
Materials:
Bible
Crayons
Paper
Lesson:
After prayer, read Ecclesiastes 3:11. Discuss this verse. He made everything beautiful in His time. He has plans for us, and we are to trust in His timing. What an almighty God we serve! Now, children can go outside to make leaf and bark rubbings. They can set papers over leaves and trees and color to create imprints. This is a fun reminder of God’s perfect timing, especially with this new fall season.
I pray this lesson is a blessing to you and your family. I’m super excited to feature Jean Matthew Hall’s God’s Blessings of Fall next week! What a beautiful story to accompany this lesson!
Happy fall, and as always, happy reading!
