Five Minute Friday – A Christmas Reading!

What’s Five Minute Friday about?
**Do you ever find yourself wishing you could add scripture to your day? What about your child’s day? And if your anything like me, your days are already totally maxed out on time.
Then you’ve come to the right place.
This blog is for that uber-busy parent who could truly benefit from a five minute Bible lesson with your child. Yes, these lessons are literally five minutes long and posted weekly.
That’s something I can get excited about.**

Materials:

Bible

Lesson:

Okay. So for the lesson this week, you may want to make a quick cup of hot chocolate for yourself and the kiddos in preparation. Now, with warm mugs in hand and after prayer, read Luke 2:1-20. This is the story of Jesus’ birth. It’s time to snuggle in with this beautiful story, like we snuggle in for Twas the Night Before Christmas. We all have our favorites as soon as December 1st hits, but let’s make sure we are also making time for the true story, the reason for such wonderful enthusiasm, the birth of the King of Kings. Add a marshmallow atop that hot chocolate and dig in!

I pray this lesson is a blessing to you and your family.

Happy reading!
